Join us for a group meditation instruction on the basics of how to practice meditating, what happens

Yoga with Heart

We now know exactly what happens in the brain and in the cells of the body when we meditate.  We also know what happens when we are stressed and have feelings of anxiety, depression, panic, anger, frustration, fear, etc.

Join us for a group meditation instruction on the basics of how to practice meditating, what happens while you do so and what happens when you don't.  See and feel the difference.  Different types of meditation will be introduced.  This class is suitable for beginners as well as those who are practiced.

Sessions will be held monthly.  Dress comfortably, bring a special mat or pillow to sit on if you'd like, there are yoga mats available to borrow for the session.  Seating is limited; Pre-registration is required.  Tickets are $10 per person.  You may register by texting Ruth at 716-628-3289.
